Get support for your spicy brain.
Work With Me
I offer coaching at different levels of depth and commitment, depending on where you are and what kind of support you need.
All options are grounded in the Agile4ADHD approach: small experiments, reflection, and systems designed around real constraints—not ideals.
Agile4ADHD Clarity Session
One-hour standalone consultation
This is a focused, structured conversation to help you make sense of what’s going on and decide what kind of support would actually help.
People often come to a Clarity Session feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why “reasonable” solutions haven’t worked for them in the past.
What we do
Clarify what’s actually getting in your way (without blame or diagnosis-by-vibes)
Separate symptoms, constraints, and expectations
Identify what kind of system—or support—would be most useful right now
What you’ll leave with
A clearer understanding of your situation
Language for what you’re struggling with
A grounded sense of next steps (with or without ongoing coaching)
This session stands on its own. There is no expectation to continue.
Best for: “I need clarity before I commit to anything.”
Agile4ADHD Foundations
7-week personalized program
This is a structured, time-limited program where you learn the Agile4ADHD method and build a personal system that fits your brain, work, and life.
Rather than trying to “fix” yourself, we focus on designing ways of working that are resilient, adjustable, and realistic.
What we do
Establish a simple personal operating rhythm
Practice reflection without self-criticism
Run small, safe experiments instead of big overhauls
Build systems you can adapt when life changes
What you’ll leave with
A working personal system you understand
The ability to adjust your approach without starting over
More confidence in your own judgment and decision-making
This program is designed to be complete in itself—not a setup for endless coaching.
Best for: “I want a way of working that actually fits me.”
Agile4ADHD Ongoing Support
Monthly coaching subscription
This option is for people who already understand the basics and want continued support as their work, energy, or circumstances change.
Ongoing support isn’t about intensity—it’s about continuity.
What we do
Regular check-ins and reflection
Adjust systems as demands shift
Notice patterns before they become crises
Support follow-through without pressure or shame
What this provides
A steady external perspective
Help adapting rather than abandoning systems
Space to think without having to hold everything alone
Many clients choose this after completing Agile4ADHD Foundations, though equivalent prior experience can also be a fit.
Best for: “I don’t want to figure this out alone anymore.”
Not sure which option is right?
If you’re confused, overwhelmed, or cautious → Clarity Session
If you want to learn the method and build your own system → Foundations
If you already have a system and want help maintaining it → Ongoing Support
If you’re looking for rigid schedules, productivity hacks, or motivational pressure, my work may not be a good fit—and that’s okay.
