How We Work

Foundations is typically structured as weekly 1:1 sessions.
(Some clients prefer every other week — we decide what cadence makes sense.)

Each week includes:

  • One focused coaching call

  • A shared working document (we build your system in real time)

  • Small between-session experiments

  • A review of what worked, what didn’t, and what we adjust

You can expect about two hours per week total — one hour in session, and roughly one hour applying what we build.

We don’t aim for perfection.
We aim for something you can actually run.
