Stuck in your head?
Think better while walking.
A 50-minute Clarity Walk in Golden Gate Park that helps you move from overwhelm to one clear next step.
This is for you if…
You’re stuck on a decision you’ve been avoiding
You feel overloaded but can’t untangle what matters
You think more clearly when you’re moving
You don’t want another Zoom call
What This Is:
A 50-minute, structured coaching session designed for clarity and decision-making.
We use movement to:
externalize what’s stuck
separate signal from noise
and arrive at a clear, actionable next step
You won’t leave with notes, recordings, or a long recap.
You’ll leave with a decision—and a plan you can act on immediately.
How It Works:
Step 1 — Start with what’s stuck
We quickly identify the one area that actually matters right now.
Step 2 — Walk and untangle
As we move, we sort through competing priorities, pressure, and noise.
Step 3 — Stop and decide
We pause, isolate the real constraint, and make a clear decision.
Step 4 — Capture the next step
We write a simple decision card. You take a photo and text it to me before we leave.
Why This Works:
For many people—especially ADHD brains—thinking improves with movement.
Walking reduces pressure, increases clarity, and makes it easier to process what’s actually going on.
This session is designed to use that effect intentionally—so we can move faster from overwhelm to decision.
Location:
Sessions take place in and around San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, often using quieter areas like the Botanical Garden, depending on flow and availability.
Exact meeting details are provided after booking.
This Is a Good Fit If…

What You Leave With:
A clear understanding of what’s actually going on
One concrete decision
One defined next step
A simple captured plan (photo) so nothing gets lost
